How Do I Purchase?
When you’re ready to purchase, you can use the ‘Buy Now’ button in the trial or contact your sales representative.
Can I Cancel My Account at Any Time?
Yes. If at any time you decide that bright care is no longer the best fit for you, notify our team and we will cancel your account.
Do I Have to Pay for Product Upgrades?
All new updates made to Bright Care Software are pushed live automatically, no downloading is necessary, and there is no extra charge.
Will My Data Be Safe?
Bright Care is committed to the security of our customers’ data and has built systems that provide multiple layers of security to protect all of your data.
How Much Are the Payment Processing Fees?
There are no monthly or hidden fees to worry about. We use Stripe as our merchant and the fees for credit cards are 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction and ACH (only available in US) is $0.60 per transaction.
Can Bright Care be Purchased Outright?
We provide a fully web-based solution that requires on-going maintenance and updates. Therefore our software operates on a subscription model and cannot be purchased outright.
